HousingAI has guard rails that proactively look for and remove this type of information from being processed.

Any documents you choose to upload are used to provide services direct to your organisation and are not used to train the underlying base models that power HousingAI. Data is stored and processed in line with UK data protection law, and you retain ownership of your own content.

HousingAI is hosted and built on AWS modern cloud infrastructure with appropriate technical and organisational controls in place, including access control, logging and environment segregation. It is designed so that each organisation’s data is isolated from others.

No. HousingAI is a support tool, not a decision-maker. It is there to save time, surface relevant information and highlight risks or requirements, but final decisions should always be made by suitably qualified people in your organisation, and you should continue to take legal advice where appropriate.

The interface is designed to show users where information has come from and to signal confidence levels, so you can see when an answer is based on core legislation, sector best practice or more general model knowledge.
